What is it?

Organisational behaviour (OB) is the whole area that deals with people why they behave the way they do and how to keep them motivated, how to build and manage an organisation that can achieve the goals set and be successful. It is well known that strategic human resources is key to organisational success.

Why is Human Resources so important?

An organization exists because it has precise goals and wants to achieve them successfully. There is always a clear strategy, a vision and established plan of actions.

The single most prevalent reason for a strategy failing lies in its implementation. In general, we tend to think that the root of the problem is represented by the insufficient analysis and the planning behinds a proposed course of action. But from practice we realised that is more likely to lie in the selection of the human resources to implement strategy, their management, motivation, rewards and the way in which they are organised and led.

The link between HR and strategy

Nowadays, the business environment is very dynamic and is constantly changing, as the economy goes up and down, the competition is moving in and out, the clients needs, desires modify.

Every organisation has a strategy and by itself is a product of its business environment, and determines the shape of the organisation’s structure, the humane resources it will employ and how they will be managed, controlled and rewarded.
